Study at the edge
of forgetting.

Nemo is a vibecoded study app, a gorgeous blend of Anki's depth and Mochi's calm. Under the warm glow sits an FSRS-5 engine that watches your memory in real time and brings each card back the moment before it slips away.

Built on FSRS-5

The modern free-spaced-repetition scheduler, calibrated to your own recall, not a generic curve.

Cozy by design

A warm, quiet study nook. No streak guilt, no clutter, just the next card and a soft glow.

Honest about memory

Every metric is grounded in your review log. Nemo shows you the truth, then fixes the schedule.

01

FSRS-5 Calibration Engine

It predicts what you'll remember.
Then it grades itself.

Nemo plots the recall the scheduler predicted against the recall you actually delivered. When the two lines drift, the engine re-fits your personal parameters so the schedule stays honest.

Predicted vs. actual recall
Every review bucket compares retrievability the model expected with your real hit rate, surfaced as a single calibration delta.
Per-user parameter fitting
Your 21 FSRS weights are re-optimized as your log grows, so the curve bends to how you forget, not the average learner.
Confidence you can read
A reliability diagram and log-loss score tell you, plainly, how much to trust tonight's schedule.

Optimal Review Window

Find your study sweet spot.

Review a card too early and you waste the rep. Too late and you've already forgotten it. Nemo measures the real cost of early vs. late reviews across your whole deck and aims every card at the window where each minute counts most.

Early-review tax
Reviewing before a card has decayed barely moves stability. Nemo quantifies those wasted reps and trims them from your queue.
Late-review penalty
Past the window, recall and stability both collapse. The engine tracks how far over you ran and pulls the next interval back in.
The sweet spot
A target retrievability band, usually around 90%, where a single review buys the most future memory per second spent.

Advanced Card Health

A diagnostic for every card you own.

Averages hide the cards quietly dragging your deck down. Nemo runs a full health panel on each one, so you can rescue the strugglers before they snowball into a review backlog.

Stability Recovery

How quickly a lapsed card rebuilds memory stability after a miss. Slow recoverers get extra, gentler reps.

Bursty Lapse Clustering

Detects lapses that cluster in time rather than scatter, the signature of a leech masquerading as a normal card.

The share of new cards that survive their very first scheduled interval, your earliest signal of encoding quality.

Long-Term Memory Architecture

Watch knowledge actually stick.

Cramming feels productive and vanishes by morning. Nemo tracks the slow structural signals of durable memory and flags the cards that look learned but are silently decaying.

Stability Flatliners
Cards whose stability stops growing review after review. They look fine in the queue but never graduate to long-term memory, so Nemo reshapes their schedule.
Mature Card Attrition
The rate at which long-interval, 'mature' cards quietly fail. Rising attrition is the earliest warning that a topic is slipping.
Stability horizon
A projection of how long each card will hold without review, so you can see months ahead, not just tomorrow's due count.

Dynamic Exam Planner

Tell Nemo the date. It builds the runway.

Drop in your exam dates and Nemo bends the entire spaced-repetition schedule toward them, balancing session fatigue, per-card difficulty, and retention drift so you peak on the day that matters.

Goal-aware scheduling
Every interval is solved against your deadline, front-loading shaky cards and easing off the ones already locked in.
Fatigue-balanced sessions
Daily load is smoothed so you never hit an impossible wall the week before, even as new material lands.
Drift correction
If your retention slips off the target line, the planner quietly redistributes reviews to bring you back on pace.
